Medical information is requested to ensure the safety of all students whilst dancing or practicing yoga. Please notify your teacher before class if you have an injury or your conditions change.

Privacy Statement: Your personal contact details collected by Michelle L Vennix School of Dance and Yoga in connection with registering as a student of dance and/or yoga will be included in a Register of Students database for administrative purposes, as well as any written communication to you or the student’s legal guardian. These details may also be disclosed to organisations for the purpose of registration/application for curriculum examinations, participation in recital programs and/or competitions. Individuals have the right to access their own personal information held by Michelle L. Vennix School of Dance and Yoga by contacting the principle M. Vennix.
